This product is lithium iron phosphate heavy card battery system H box, with liquid cooling function. It has the characteristics of good safety performance, long cycle life and high reliability. The module is composed of yJT45125405-230Ah single battery in series. The rated voltage of a single box is 307.2V and the capacity of a single box is 230Ah. This product is applied to electric heavy truck, bus, etc. The battery system can support continuous operation at full power. A single box supports series and parallel operation.
The battery management system matched with this product is an integrated battery management system (BMS) for marine lithium-ion batteries. It has the functions of battery state acquisition, battery state estimation, energy management, information management, and so on. It has strong applicability and expansibility, and has the characteristics of high integration, high safty and high cost performance.

The module adopts the 230Ah high-capacity prismatic lithium iron phosphate battery independently developed by our company.

2,Intelligent thermal management function.
The battery pack has intelligent heat management functions. The battery pack is equipped with a liquid cooling pipe. When the sensor detects that the temperature of the battery exceeds T1 ℃, the BMS sends out a signal to activate the liquid cooling system to force the battery to cool, ensuring that the battery operates at a comfortable temperature. When the cell temperature drops to T2 ℃, the BMS will signal the liquid cooling system to stop cooling. Intelligent thermal management strategy can be highly efficient and low-energy to avoid overheating of the battery.
3.96S1P is a standard battery pack developed by us. The pack is installed in the battery rack, and the battery system is formed in series. Battery systems can be flexibly composed of different quantities and sizes through series and parallel connections. It can cover 282-850kWh energy demand.
